Working for twelve years in a various administrative positions for a nonprofits before getting my clinical license, provided opportunities for growth as a leader and development manager with responsibilities in fiscal management, supervision of staff and volunteers, and program development and implementation.
It has been an honor to sit on the NYSILC Board to help others with disabling conditions in NY since January 2026. In the next year, I look forward to engaging in committee work and continuing to serve.

I currently volunteer at my local church with social needs outreach and with with our local library when available. The goal of this work is to connect and engage with local organizations and build bridges for community members. The social work Facebook "Reaching CNY SW", is used to share community updates and resources within the local area.
My success as a clinician has been in accessing macro social work through organizational committees and work to increase assessment coordination, program and policy integration with State and Federal directives and deliverables, and to ensure compliance and quality coordination within agency walls.
Engaging in strategic planning, organizational goal development, and staff training specifically around assessment, goal setting, and self-care are all areas of strength and interest.
